Materials were packaged super well—zero damage. Customer support for shipping ahead of expected date was thorough and quick. Arrived in two days after shipping. It clearly warns to keep the boxes until construction is completed as original packaging is required for returns. I was able to build most of it myself (needed a second person for the heavy stuff); I’m a 5’0” female weighing about 157 pounds who doesn’t regularly do exercise. My smaller wingspan at times made things harder but not impossible. Instructions were much easier than IKEA ones. Very clear — and the materials for each step are separated by step with numbers, pictures, bags, etc. The 1/8” drill bit provided broke - we had a back up. A fair warning: the platform is VERY heavy, and we had to use something as a lever because it was not possible to lift and position it. We used a box and it worked well. I would definitely recommend.

After doing a lot of research, we purchased a Lori Bed with the shelve and desk option. All the boxes arrived in a timely fashion. And from the unboxing, I was impressed with how well everything was packaged and labeled. Working in a small room, the assembly was a bit challenging, but the directions and video instructions were really helpful.

The Lori Bed is beautiful and so well designed. The real wood frame makes this Murphy Bed a piece of furniture with substance and style. Overall we love this product!

We love the look of our Lori Bed in what was our office. It's also very comfortable with the mattress that we bought with it according to our guests. The install however was definitely way more than the 2 hours advertised but well worth it in the end. Just make sure to follow their instructions and don't ever try to remove the screws from the wall thru the cabinet when installed. I tried that with not such great results. That piston is very very compressed - you don't need to test it out !
